In order to answer to the growing need of renting semi-industrial storage space, POTIEZ-DEMAN has rented a storage facility of 9500 m² at the Avenue des Humanités in Brussels.

In this new storage facility we have 2 areas of 1.584 m² at your disposal and 12 areas of 108 m², at the very interesting rate of 5,00€/m²/month (VAT excl).

Our parking lot is also for rent on a long-term basis for vehicles (cars, vans, trailers, boats, mobilhomes) at a rate of 600,00 €/year/vehicle (vat excl). Renting parking space for larger vehicles such as trucks, trailers and cranes is also possible.
